The F-35 Lightning II for Republic of Korea
The Republic of Korea faces a unique threat environment. No other fighter aircraft in the world isbetter equipped to ensure the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) can maintain regional securitystability than the 5th Generation F-35A Lightning II stealth fighter. Since joining the program in2014 as a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) customer for their F-X III fighter program, the Republic ofKorea has taken delivery of 40 F-35A Conventional Take Off and Landing (COTL) aircraft.

대한민국은 특수한 안보 위협 환경에 놓여 있습니다. 대한민국 공군이 국가 안보를 안정적으로 유지하는 데 있어 5세대 F-35A 라이트닝 II 스텔스 전투기만큼 뛰어난 전투기는 없습니다. 대한민국은 3차 차세대 전투기 사업(F-X III)에서 대외군사판매(FMS)를 통해 F-35 프로그램에 참여하며 총 40대의 F-35A 통상이착륙기(COTL)를 도입했습니다.
