Joanna joins Lockheed Martin UK as a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the defence and aerospace sector.
She has held multiple enterprise-level leadership roles at BAE Systems, with a particular focus on engineering leadership, large-scale programme delivery, and organisational performance. Her career has been defined by leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams and driving excellence across mission-critical environments.
Joanna brings a strong commitment to operational rigour, technical leadership, and developing high-performing organisations. Outside of work, she enjoys marathon running and spending time with her family.
During her time with LM Kirsty has had the opportunity to deploy on assignment to Australia. Kirsty started her career with LM at our Missiles and Fire control facility in Ampthill, UK. Before joining LM, Kirsty worked for 20 years as a HRBP in a major UK retailer; Sainsburys. She qualified with her CIPD Degree in 1998.?
