Mark Arifin is the Strategic Transactions Director of LMEvolve, Lockheed Martin’s dedicated innovation engine designed to identify, accelerate, and scale transformative technologies that drive both commercial and defense-focused impact. In this capacity, Mark is responsible for leading strategic assessments and financial business cases for new opportunities as well as execution of entity formation and standup.

Prior to joining LMEvolve, Mark has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility at Lockheed Martin over the past 15 years. He most recently served as the Chief of Staff to the COO following roles in M&A strategy and Corporate Development where he was responsible for leading transaction execution and pipeline development related to acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.? Earlier in his career, he held positions in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Internal Audit, and Program Finance.

Mark is a graduate of the Finance Leadership Academy (FLA) and the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Mark earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Science dual-degree in finance and accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park.
