ALPR DATA WE COLLECT

When you visit one of our facilities, we may utilize ALPR technology that is necessary to ensure the safety and security of our staff, properties, and classified information.

When we collect information:

SHARING YOUR ALPR DATA

Except as set out in the bullet points below, Lockheed Martin does not sell or share your information collected via our ALPR system with third parties except with respect to the potential limited data processing activities necessary to carry out and deliver our services, or as otherwise required by applicable law. If any such sale or sharing occurs, we will post a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and provide suitable means for users to opt-out.

• within Lockheed Martin, where such disclosure is necessary to adhere to our physical security policies. When this information is shared internally, it will only be accessed by authorized users, which is strictly limited to employees of Lockheed?Martin Security whose primary duties include safeguarding our personnel, property, and assets;
• with law enforcement, where it has been determined that sharing such information is necessary for the security and safety of our facilities; or

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

• The right to have your ALPR data transferred.

Security of ALPR data

All employees with access to our ALPR technology undertake security training to emphasize the sensitivity of the data they are handling and how to properly process ALPR data in compliance with applicable data protection law. ?

Storing your ALPR data

美诱直播 will store your ALPR data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as explained in this notice. 美诱直播 retain data collected through our ALPR system for 30 days. In the event of a credible threat concern, we may store your ALPR data for up to one year.
